Industry 4.0 outlines interconnection as well as information transparency as key facilitators of digital transformation. Capitalizing on these drivers for change presents a critical need for robust, highly reliable data communications infrastructures.
AVEVA's Edge to Enterprise universal connectivity approach is not an individual technology, but rather flexible architecture, whether on-premises, in the cloud, or hybrid that incorporates streams of previously siloed and inaccessible data to better understand an entire process and give at-a-glance understanding of information, enabling next-level real-time decision-making and optimization.
AVEVA s communication platform is built on open standards making vast amounts of plant-floor data available for both people and systems, across both geographical and organizational boundaries. Industry standards and specifications are core to this unification. This enables the lowest TCO over the long-term, competitive advantage for organizations by making systems interoperable and more efficient.
