Year-to-date, Southern Power has an estimated find valuation of $10M with 350 observations and 43 significant finds. Our team is responsible for monitoring 2400MW of solar, 2500MW of wind, 7400MW of gas, three battery assets totaling 650MWh, and two Bloom fuel cells totaling 27MW. Our M&D team consists of 5 analysts and we use Predictive Analytics as our main tool to monitor the operation, performance, and reliability of our assets. We utilize PI Asset Framework for our renewables fleet, and have built over 2700 models in solar and wind. We are also in the process of mapping our 10k Aspen OIS points in our gas fleet into a new PI Asset Framework.

Keith Dickey
Keith Dickey has worked in the power industry for the past 11 years after graduating from Auburn University. He has established Southern Power's renewables monitoring & diagnostics program using AVEVA Predictive Analytics. Prior to working with Southern Power, Keith worked for Alabama Power in various roles in the generating plants. Keith is also currently an MBA and Master of Finance candidate at Auburn University and expects to graduate in December of 2023.
