Real-time Fleet Monitoring with OCS at Industrial Parts Depot
Industrial Parts Depot has partnered with Casne Engineering to provide real time actionable telematics to industrial vehicles. This new approach to fleet management aims to provide high fidelity and timely operational data from a wide variety of industrial vehicle systems to provide fleet managers with real time actionable data and event notifications. This is accomplished by pairing edge analytics with the AVEVA OCS storage solution to efficiently store data in the cloud, making it directly available to drive dashboards, event notifications and real time business decisions.

Vince Barbarie is the Chief Technology Officer for Industrial Digital Solutions (IDS) and the Senior Director of Engineering for Industrial Parts Depot (IPD). As the CTO, he leads product line development and strategy to provide advanced digital solutions to connect owners and service channels to assets. Prior to simplifying remote monitoring at IDS and leading the development of internal engine components for large bore engines at IPD, he developed advanced industrial automation equipment, developed diesel and natural gas engines, and spent a decade at Garrett Turbochargers working on everything from the CAT 797 mine truck to Ferrari Formula 1 programs. On the weekends Vince wrenches on classic cars and suits up in Nomex to compete in the 24 Hours of Lemons race series. Vince holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Michail Clutter
Michail (Mike) Clutter is a Managing Partner and Technical Program Manager at Casne Engineering Inc. and has been working in the data industry for over 15 years. After his military career as a Navy Nuclear Reactor Operator, Mike immediately transitioned into a senior technical role for the collection and analysis of Data Center operational data. Adept in both construction and operations, Mike has played a key role in the implementation of many of todays well know Data Center facility monitoring systems. Today, Mike is using his knowledge and experience to provide access to reliable and concise data in hopes to drive innovation towards scalability and sustainability.
