In this work, RADIX will present the typical data infrastructure maturity levels and discuss a methodology that outlines the steps on how to structure a governance program that supports scaling the use of the data infrastructures with minimum added cost. In addition, RADIX will present the Blackstone Monitor, a product that monitors all the elements of the data infrastructure proactively and the overall efficiency of the governance program.
