PNM has been a long-standing user of the AVEVA range of products, specifically also as an Enterprise AVEVA PI System customer. These products do an excellent job of supporting the operations teams, however, the data was still siloed. An incident in one of the old coal storage units drove the necessity to integrate structured, unstructured, and real-time information. PNM selected the Radial Viewport solution to accomplish this goal in addition to the existing applications.
