Ridhwan is the Head of Process & Operations Data at PETRONAS Gas Business. As Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) Associate by DAMA, he is leading the data journey in PETRONAS Gas Business. Graduated from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS in Malaysia, Ridhwan began his career at Malaysia LNG Sdn. Bhd or PETRONAS LNG Complex in Bintulu, Sarawak, Malaysia. As Certified DOSH (Department of Occupational Safety and Health Malaysia) First Grade Steam Engineer and First Grade Internal Combustion Engine Engineer; he has spent many years in operating, troubleshooting and maintenance of Utility System especially Boilers and Gas Turbines. He also plays role as Shift Charge Engineer and Commissioning Engineer for boiler rejuvenation and construction projects. In 2017, he was later appointed as Manager, Operations Governance and Reliability where as trained ISO14001 and ISO45001 auditor, he ensures the organization compliance towards standards and laws.

Fauzi is the Head of Digital Transformation (DX) Program at PETRONAS Gas Business, leading efforts for Remote Operations, Drone Operationalization and Visual Analytics. He has been in the Oil & Gas industry for 14 years, spanning roles within Upstream, LNG and Gas. Prior to this role, Fauzi served as the Head of Business Process Improvement in maturing Digital Transformation for Malaysia LNG. His experiences have developed his expertise in Information Management, Petroleum Arrangement & Commercial and Operational Excellence and Transformation. Fauzi hold a bachelor s degree in Science (Sc. Computer) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor Malaysia and members of Professional Technologist (P.Tech or Ts.) which governed by Malaysia Board of Technology (MBOT).

Graduated from National University of Malaysia, Shamsul begin his career with MLNG Sdn Bhd as APC Engineer. Later he joined RasGas Co Ltd in Qatar as Senior Applications Engineer, specializing on PI programming. At present he is with Petronas Gas Berhad focusing on APC and digital projects.

man graduated from Universiti of Western Australia in 2015 and is currently working as a System Engineer in Plant Management Services, PETRONAS Digital. He has been working on numerous analytics project to implement Tech-Digital solution to the plants across PETRONAS s business to ensure it is operating safely and efficiently. In his role, he works closely with each engineering discipline SME to employ the analytics algorithm to the Tech-Digital solution, continuously improving the product and ensuring it is able to be scalable at pace.

Suhaizal has been with PETRONAS for the past 15 years. He started his career as a rotating engineer in one of PETRONAS Chemical Group (PCG) facilities in Gebeng and spent many years in PCG taking on various roles as Maintenance Engineer, Planner, WP leader, Project Manager and Rotating Equipment Inspection (REI) Leader, covering turbomachinery such as Gas Turbine, Turbo Expander, Compressors and pumps. His responsibilities encompass the end-to-end cycle equipment health from monitoring, troubleshooting, diagnostic, spare part management, predictive maintenance and proactive maintenance. In addition, he is also a certified MLA (Machinery Lubrication Analyst) Level 1 and MDS (Machinery Diagnostic System) Certified. Pursuing this deep passion, he is also in charge of Condition Based Monitoring Team in implementing and establishing equipment predictive maintenance strategy, proactive maintenance strategy, pump switching program and Vibration Analysis Program within PCMTBE. Further to his deep involvement in the subjects, he then appointed as the Trade Group Leader for Rotating Equipment Inspection for PETRONAS. The trade group main objectives are ensuring the capabilities development, career progression, learning module and operationalization of REI strategy within REI non-Executives throughout PETRONAS groupwide. Among his achievement highlights, he successfully led a project to increase plant production by 20% and managed to make a cost savings of up to 35% compared to the initial project estimate. On another account, he managed to establish Rotating Equipment Master Service Agreement (MSA) for the usage of PETRONAS groupwide which impacted significant cost saving and optimizations. In the late 2019, he made a leap to the corporate function by joining the Downstream Digital team. Suhaizal was assigned as one of the project leads in shaping, steering and accelerating multiple digital analytics within the business i.e. from pilot to scale via agile methodology. He is currently holding the position as the Head of Business Intelligence and Analytics, responsible to establish the Digital Transformation Strategy for Downstream Manufacturing Plant. Suhaizal holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Malaya.
