Jeffrey Owen
Jeff has worked with Automated Results for the past 20 years as the company founders and owner. Prior to Automated Results, Jeff worked for DuPont Medical Imaging Division and GE Industrial Systems as a systems and controls engineer. Jeff started working with the PI systems at DuPont in 1996 as one of the first PI3 systems to be released and the second SAP RLink Site. Automated Results has been centered around helping clients be able to gain more from their PI systems than just collecting large amounts data.

Joseph Hofmann
Joe is currently employed at AstraZeneca in R&D IT and has worked on a number of laboratory focused IT projects for the company. He holds an MS and a Ph.D in Physical Chemistry from the University of California Riverside and a BS in Physics and Environmental Engineering from Humboldt State University in California. Throughout his career, he has utilized his dual knowledge of science and IT technology toward helping pharmaceutical organizations transition from their manual paper-based processes to efficient electronic systems.

Barry Higgins
Barry has been with Johnson and Johnson for close to 29 years, primarily in the Pharma segment, and has worked with the PI System for 20 years. He has worked across a number of areas in Pharma, from API manufacturing to Drug Product development. His primary focus has been in the areas of data historians, control systems, MES, PAT and the integration of these systems into the end-to-end manufacturing pipeline, from lab to commercial scale. Barry is currently working on Industry 4.0 initiatives across the J and J enterprise, bringing disruptive technologies and solutions into the manufacturing space.

Petter Moree
Petter has a M.Sc. in technical chemistry with a specialization towards chemometrics and data science. After his M.Sc. from Umea University, Sweden, Petter joined Umetrics in 1999, where he worked for 17 years with customers in various markets for example Pharmaceutical, Pulp & Paper, Automotive, Semicon and chemical and with applications such as PAT, QbD, early fault detection, predictive analytics, MPC and CPV. Petter was Global Product Manager for Umetrics’ software portfolio, including SIMCA, SIMCA-online and MODDE, and later became their global sales director leading sales and services teams in EMEA, US and Asia.

I started to work at Boehringer Ingelheim (a Germany pharmaceutical company) in 2004.
I worked for 10 years as an automaton engineer, coordinating the implementation of the automation projects, including the electrical part, start-up of equipment and all their qualification documentation, managing the change controls, deviations and corrective actions generated in the technical department caused from failures of the Control System and providing technical support to improve the efficiency of the existing installations.
The last two years at Boehringer I worked as coordinator of the electrical area in the maintenance department managing the solution of the daily failures and coordinating the preventive and corrective maintenance of the electrical area
In 2017 I started working at Novartis as a responsible of Automation Department reporting to the engineering head, carrying out the management and supervision of all projects in the area and managing the maintenance team.
In January 2020, I joined into the global department as a responsible of the 64 sites worldwide. The scope of this department is to make standards procedures to simplifying the processes and minimize the effort of sites. The main task is to have all the data in a global historical system.
