Russell, Global Oil & Gas Industry Principal for AVEVA, brings extensive experience following his time working in a range of development and operations roles within the Oil & Gas industry including time at BG Group, Schlumberger and Tullow Oil.
Much of Russell s work within AVEVA involves providing industry insight and strategic guidance regarding how the latest developments in Operational Data Management can significantly improve operations whilst also enabling important emerging technology trends such as Digital Twin, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, IIoT and Integrated Operations. Recent engagements have included projects with Shell, BP, ENI, Total, Petronas, Saudi Aramco, ADNOC, SBM Offshore and Repsol.

Craig Harclerode
Craig Harclerode is an O&G/HPI Industry Principal at AVEVA where he mentors and consults with O&G and Petrochemical companies on leveraging digital technologies and in particular the Modern PI System as an enabler of their business transformation, operational excellence, and decarbonization strategy.
Since the acquisition of OSIsoft by AVEVA, is focus has expanded to include helping customers and partners understand the synergy value opportunities from the expanded AVEVA portfolio of industry leading products and solutions as illustrated by the Intelligent O&G framework and the foundational role industrial information management plays (engineering and operations) across the engineer, operate, and optimize life cycles.
Craig s career has included engineering, operations, and automation in supervisory, executive management, and consultative roles at Amoco Oil, Honeywell IAC, Aspen Tech, and for the last 17 years, at OSIsoft, now part of AVEVA.
He holds a BS in ChE from Texas A&M University, an MBA from Rice University, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). Craig has 15 recent publications and is a regular thought leader presenter at conferences, pod casts, and events globally on topics such as best practices in Digital Decarbonization , Layers of Analytics , Digitally Enabled Business Transformation and Operational Excellence , the Intelligent O&G , and the Holistic Digital Twin, a Systems of Systems .
