Sophie Borgne is the Senior Vice President of the Digital Power line of business at Schneider Electric. Sophie has a passion for Digitalization with a focus on Power and Energy Management solutions. This includes accelerating the digitalization of power distribution with intelligent sensors and devices, EPMS software, and cloud apps and analytics. Since joining Schneider Electric in 2001, Sophie has achieved global exposure in Africa, China, France, and Italy, by leading marketing, business development, R&D, systems testing, customer technical support, industrialization, and supply chain teams. She holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris) and an M.B.A. from the Collège des Ingénieurs (Paris).

Damien O Connor is a technology executive and professional software consultant with more than 12 years of software development and data infrastructure experience, with a focus on design and deployment of Data Infrastructures. As the Chief Technology Officer, Damien leads the Cognizant - TQS Products and Services groups in the design of Digital Transformation programs for their customers across the globe including roles in water sustainability projects in manufacturing. Damien joined TQS in 2009 as a senior software consultant, focused on the implementation of Data Historians. Damien has demonstrated advanced expertise in systems integration, data modelling and analytics, having designed and participated in various manufacturing intelligence programs.
