He will share how their Digital Project Delivery approach enabled collaborative work processes and a central Engineering Data warehouse that formed the foundation of the digital twin and created new opportunities to drive transparency and engineering efficiency and reduce the overall environmental impact of the capital project delivery process. He will also discuss how this same information can be seamlessly handed over as a fully detailed digital twin to improve reliability and availability of machinery, create legacy through local content, and reduce operational risk and carbon emissions while improving real time operational performance through the digital representation of the physical asset creating added value for many years to come.
