Solution Approach
Using your past production measurement readings, Alizent develops a powerful algorithm tailored to your industrial processes. This algorithmic based solution highlights your optimal performance point already achieved under the same production conditions.
The Alizent solution analyzes your data in real time and calculates the gap between current performance and best one obtained in the past. It gives insights to the operators to optimize performance by identifying the causes of this gap.
The results of this optimization are afterwards registered in the PI System with PI webAPI.
Experts or analysts can then decide which settings should be adjusted and with which values. Operators are then able to proceed to adjust these variables to find the optimal performance point.
