Helps recognizing complex relationships between losses and prediction of recurring problems. Solution Approach
io.Performance Connects to the PI Asset Framework and retrieves Event Frames for all OEE-related units. The solution visualizes the manufacturing process and highlights losses, such as unplanned downtimes or speed losses for the operator to select reason codes and add a detailed loss description. The data is then aggregated and available for visualizations and reports, such as shift reports, morning meeting and lean meeting reports, site or corporate level benchmarking reports and third party BI solution use. Reason codes can also be sent back to the PI System.
