Solution Overview
EXELE PI-DAS makes environmental reporting simplified and has supported environmental systems based on PI System for over 20 years. With just a few clicks, compliance reports can be generated saving hours of work. The package offers the ability to audit the calculations, perform recalculations and addresses periods of calibration and maintenance. The system contains tools to track, annotate and be alerted of environmental conditions. PI-DAS performs environmental compliance reporting and tracking meeting requirements driven by 40 CFR Parts 60 and 75, Title V with reasons/actions, MACT, Relcaim and more.
The calculation package performs both real time and retrospective calculations to meet permit requirements. The calculations are easy to modify and help reduce response time when outages or limits are violated. The system automates reporting, which reduces the number of hours spent working on spreadsheets and ensure everyone is viewing the same data set.
