Solution Approach
SmartFactory Rx includes a standard adapter for the PI System with an intuitive graphical drag & drop interface with keyword search for PI Tags and browser-based keyword search for use with the Asset Framework. In addition, SmartFactory Rx provides a standard feature for query, rerun, and capture of historical PI Data. SmartFactory Rx also enables integration and context mapping for virtually any kind of data including: MES, BES, ERP, CMMS, DCS, Equipment, raw sensor, PAT Instruments, SQL and other databases. The open platform was designed for integration and interoperation with existing systems. SmartFactory Rx provides a powerful workflow designer/editor with limitless flexibility to interact with native and 3rd party applications such as: Python, MatLab, R, C#, and commercial analytic tools.
