Kimthu DoanSenior Vice President, Customer Success
Kimthu leads post-sales activities to serve OSIsoft customers worldwide. The post-sales activities cover four key areas: Customer Success Management, remote and on-site Technical Support, Professional Services and Customer Service. Her charter is to ensure the effectiveness of customer onboarding, the success of customers using OSIsoft products, and customer retention. To ensure success, she is focused on building world-class employees who work cohesively as one team.
Kimthu has held various positions throughout her 26+ years in the computer industry including Software Development, QA, Field Service, Support and Customer Success with the majority of her experience in Technical Support. She has the pleasure of working for Taleo, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Vantive, and Pacific Telesis to name a few. Kimthu's broad experience includes leading a global team across multiple theaters to deliver support for both on-premises and cloud-based software, enabling and coaching talent, and fostering operational excellence. She has a passion for helping customers, as well as building effective teams, both of which are essential at OSIsoft.
Kimthu has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis. In addition, she holds active certifications in PMP (PMI), Certified Customer Support (TSIA), and Certified Scrum Master.
